Psychological Well-being Questionnaire
This questionnaire is designed to help you assess your level of psychological well-being, which encompasses various aspects of how you feel about yourself and your life. This assessment is not a diagnostic tool. It's intended for self-reflection and to provide a starting point for exploring your thoughts and feelings about your overall well-being. The questions are designed to help you gain a better understanding of your strengths and areas for potential growth across these different dimensions.
This questionnaire should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. We recommend finding a quiet space where you can answer thoughtfully and honestly.
Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and are for your personal use. You can use them for self-reflection, or if you wish, we can discuss them together. I am available for consultations to explore these areas further, either in person (in Hong Kong) or online.
