Impostor Syndrome Assessment

This questionnaire is designed to help you assess your experience with the Impostor Phenomenon (IP), a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their skills and accomplishments, fearing being exposed as a "fraud." This self-assessment explores various aspects of the Impostor Phenomenon, such as self-doubt, attributing success to external factors, and fear of failure.

It's important to note that this questionnaire is not a diagnostic tool. It's intended for self-reflection and to provide a starting point for exploring your feelings and thoughts related to the Impostor Phenomenon. The questions are designed to help you gain a better understanding of how these feelings might be impacting your life.

This questionnaire should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We recommend finding a quiet space where you can answer thoughtfully and honestly.

Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and are for your personal use. You can use them for self-reflection, or if you wish, we can discuss them together. I am available for consultations to explore these feelings further, either in person (in Hong Kong) or online. Your results will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have before you begin.
